For events outside Pune City, travel, food, and accommodation will be borne by the client. Our creative team loves to travel and capture your wedding stories in the most scenic locations.

If a client cancels the booking, the advance amount (retainer fee) will be treated as a cancellation fee.
However, if you wish to postpone or reschedule your wedding or pre-wedding shoot, Bandhan Tales will gladly adjust the new date at no extra cost — provided it’s within one year of the original date and subject to availability.

We take pride in delivering your memories with utmost care and quality. Bandhan Tales delivers edited photographs within 7 days and wedding films within 2 weeks after the event. All final deliverables are provided in high-resolution JPEG and FHD formats through our secure cloud-based delivery system.
